TERM OF PAYMENT

Apartments are freehold condominium title units. Foreigners may purchase directly in their own name up to the allocation permitted by Thai law. Thereafter, condo units are available on a long term registered, renewable lease with shares in the management company and the option to convert to free hold should the Thai law allow it in the future.
